Kevin and his team have been extremely hopeful through a whole process with insurance and filing claims for me, especially very recently after an accident. Despite all of my phone calls and getting them on the phone with me, they have never been short with me. They've been very straightforward and honest about any opinions that they have, especially if you feel like you're jumping the gun on everything.
